A table is only returning 50 results despite - it previewing to pull in Previewing 50 of 32,999 results . 32,999 will be imported. I tried to create new table and try again - but have had the same issue
You're experiencing the 50-row limit for trial and free accounts. Trial and free accounts are limited to 50 rows per table, which explains why you're only seeing 50 results despite the preview showing 32,999. [1]
This limit helps new users explore Clay more broadly by trying different data sources and workflows before committing credits to large actions. [2] Once you upgrade to a paid plan, the limit increases to 50,000 rows per table.
Did that answer your question?
no, am on a paid account

Hi Kumi,
Thank you for reaching out to the support team. Can you send me a link to the table that you're working on? Are you trying to pull in these results to a new table or an existing table? I look forward to your response!
Thanks for providing the link, but that table doesn't show a find people search. Is it this one that you're referring to? https://app.clay.com/workspaces/439337/workbooks/wb_0t4iyz1xFsvEk7DjXT5/tables/t_0t4izarWEdWhTcSEeSr/views/gv_0t4izasbZXnz3qcztxx Are you able to recreate the search here to see if you get the same error? I'm currently investigating on my side.
yeh, that's the workbook - the people search is the 2nd tab. Only displaying 50 results. I don't know if you will have access I have saved the search as Top 50 - CWIME - as it has 50,421 i edited to remove the UK and DE so it was under 50k rows
Hi Kumi,
I've rebuilt the table and reduced the number of filters in both the “Include Jobs” and “Exclude Jobs” fields. The error you were seeing was caused by having too many filters in place. I recommend significantly reducing them to prevent this issue from happening.
ok, gotcha. makes sense
Please let me know if you still experience any issues with this after you make the changes.
cool, will work with colleague tomorrow - who's more dialled in with the ICP. Thanks for your help! Great job hosting the Clay Cup. The london event was fun and my intro to Clay!
Hey! Thank you so much for that feedback it really means a lot! Clay Cup was so fun, and we're hoping to make it even bigger next year. 🙂
