Can we do a waterfall lookup in Clay? I want to look for an ID in 11 Tables
You can use the "Lookup Single Row in Other Table" action to check each of your 11 tables sequentially. Set up a custom waterfall that conditionally runs lookups - if the first table doesn't find your ID, it moves to the next table, and so on.
For checking duplicates across multiple tables, our Lookup integration is specifically designed for this use case.

I am stuck here Choose what to output to your table from this waterfall Don't see any option to add
The "No properties" message usually means there are no items published with that field or the lookup hasn't found any matching data yet.
Try running the lookup first to see if it finds data, then the output options should populate. If you're still stuck, I'd recommend trying Sculptor (top-right corner) - it can help build this waterfall workflow automatically and might resolve the configuration issue.
You can also create child columns from enrichment results by clicking on a cell with data and selecting "Add as column" for specific endpoints. [1]
