Issues Accessing LinkedIn URLs in Claygent Feature: Need Guidance

Hi, I was exploring the Claygent feature and noticed that when I enter a LinkedIn company “people” page URL, or a LinkedIn Sales Nav URL it shows “cannot access the page.” Could you clarify how to provide login credentials, or if there is another process I should follow?

Hey there Dishaa so sorry for this delay. We had an issue with our support tooling that caused this message to be missed, but we're making changes to ensure this doesn't happen again. To clarify here our Claygent features don't have the ability to access LinkedIn due to their security measures against scraping. However if you are using a sales NAV link you can use our option to "find people from external search" feature.
