Hi Clay team, seems like i accidentally ran a Clay template posted here and it drained my entire trial credits in my workspace. Any chance you can: a) Reverse this, so i can continue to slowly explore if the platform is a fit for our needs? b) Use a more explicit language when a massive action like this happens? Thanks in advance.
Unfortunately, we don't have a way to restore trial credits once they've been used. However, you have a few options to continue exploring Clay: 1. You can purchase additional credits through our credit top-up feature, which costs 50% more than the typical cost per credit of your existing plan. 2. You can upgrade your plan to get more credits and continue using Clay. Regarding more explicit warnings for large actions, we appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to our product team for consideration. To help us better assist you, could you provide more details about the specific template you ran and where you found it? This information will help us improve our user experience and potentially implement clearer warnings for similar situations in the future.
Hello?
Hey, Sorry this happened—when Auto-Update is on, adding or changing data can trigger all rows to run, which can use up credits quickly.
Here's some Tips for saving credits
We’re actively working on clearer messaging around high-usage actions. In the meantime, how many credits were used? I'll add them back
Thanks Bo, appreciate your help.
