Is it possible to import a saved accounts list in sales navigator into Clay? Scenario: I saved a list of accounts in LinkedIn's Sales Navigator UI under a name demo list and now I want to import that list into clay. These are just account profiles. Not lead-level profiles. Is this possible?
No, you cannot directly import saved account lists from Sales Navigator into Clay. Our Sales Navigator integration only works with search URLs, not saved lists. To import accounts, you need to: 1. Recreate your search filters in Sales Navigator (don't use the saved list) 2. Copy the search URL from the results page 3. Use that URL in Clay's "Find People" table under "External List" Note: The URL must be for a Sales Navigator People Search, not a Company Search, and cannot contain saved Lead Lists. You can import up to 2,500 results per search.
Hey, Andres O. LinkedIn Sales Navigator doesn't allow direct export of saved account lists. But here’s a workaround that works: Open your saved account list in Sales Navigator Use a LinkedIn scraping tool like: PhantomBuster (LinkedIn Account Scraper) TexAu (Sales Navigator List Scraper) Evaboot (with Chrome extension) Export the list as CSV Go to Clay Import CSV Create Table. Done! now you can enrich/import it into Clay.
Thanks for sharing that workaround! You're absolutely right - that's a solid approach for getting saved account lists from Sales Navigator into Clay. Once you have your CSV exported from those scraping tools, importing into Clay is straightforward: 1. Navigate to your Clay workbook 2. Click "Actions" dropdown → "Import From CSV" 3. Select your CSV file 4. Choose to import to new table, current table, or replace table 5. Map your columns as needed You can also create a new table directly by clicking "+ Add" at the bottom of a workbook, then selecting "Import from CSV". This method gives you full control over your account data for enrichment in Clay.
