I recently changed my plan to starter from explorer and now want to go back to it. Also i lost about 10000 credits doing that as these credit’s weren’t rolled over.
To switch back to Explorer: Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan, select Explorer, and click Upgrade Plan. When you upgrade, your new Explorer credits will be added to your current balance immediately and your billing cycle resets. Regarding the 10, 000 credits: When downgrading from Explorer to Starter, credits are capped at 2x your new plan's monthly limit after the billing cycle refreshes. Those credits weren't "lost" but were reduced due to our credit rollover policy for downgrades. Upgrading back to Explorer won't restore those specific credits, but you'll receive your full Explorer credit allotment.
I want to talk to person
I want to know how much I will be charged since I want to go back to my original plan and can I claim my lost credits
It’s just been 2 days for plan renewal
Hi Zahir, thanks for your message - taking a clsoer lok at this now!
If you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x the credit limit according to your plan. If you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and you can use them however and whenever you’d like. You can read more about the Credit Roll Over Update here. Let me know if you have additional questions!
I have just recently changed my plan to $150 now want to go back to my $350 plan. Do i pay the difference or what ?
And if i get this plan can you give me my 10000 credits back that were unused
I can issue a one time rollover for the unused credits here, alternatively I can issue a refund for your starter plan so you can upgrade your plan to the explorer tier agin.
Yeah please do both
Hey will you refund so that i can upgrade?
Done ✅ Let me know if you have more questions
Just waiting for the refunded amount
Hey — sorry about the delay. I’ve just reissued the refund, you should see it now. Let me know if it doesn’t show up.
Thanks I will reply back late today after renewing my subscription
Glad to hear, thank you so much.
