Clarification on Clay's Find Jobs Daily Update Features

Hi! I'm using the Find Jobs feature on Clay with a scheduled update set to run once a day. I'm based in Paris (France), and I'd like to know:

1.
What time (in Paris local time) does the daily scheduled update actually run?
2.
By default, does the update replace existing rows or append new results to the existing ones?
3.
If it replaces them, is there a way to configure it to append the new job posts instead of overwriting the old ones? If so, how?
