I'm looking for people who left a specific company during the last 3 years. I used Find People to create a list of people who worked at the company at any point, by setting the identifier as the company's LinkedIn and Include Past Experiences = true. Now I need to create a filter that will include only those people who left during the last 3 years. Sculptor recommends that I use Enrich LinkedIn Profile to pull the full work experience with start/end dates. But I don't see Enrich LinkedIn Profile in the list of enrichments (see screenshot). Did Sculptor make a mistake? How can I pull the full work history without Enrich LinkedIn Profile?
You're right that there's no specific "Enrich Profile" enrichment. The Find People search with "Include Past Experiences" enabled already captures work history data including dates.
To filter for people who left in the last 3 years, use the table filters. Click the filters button, add a filter on the experience/end date column, and set it to "greater than" with a date 3 years ago (like 2022-01-01). You can use date comparison operators like "greater than" to filter by specific timeframes.
The past experiences toggle should have already pulled the historical work data you need - no additional enrichment required.
Is that what you were looking for?
If you still need help setting up the filter or have any other questions about pulling work history data, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve so we can continue?
I did a Find People search with "Include Past Experiences", but there are no past experiences in any of the results. There's only the latest experience. Why is that?
Find People only returns the latest experience data, not full work history. The "Include Past Experiences" toggle lets you search and filter based on past roles, but the results still show only current position details.
To get complete work history with start/end dates for all positions, you'll need to use the "Enrich Person from Profile" enrichment after running Find People. This pulls real-time data and gives you the full career timeline you need to filter for people who left in the last 3 years.
Did that answer your question?
You said above that "Find People search with "Include Past Experiences" enabled already captures work history data including dates. Now you're saying that "Find People only returns the latest experience data, not full work history". These are contradicting statements. Which of these statements is correct?
You're absolutely right to call out that contradiction - I made an error in my first response.
The correct statement is: Find People only returns the latest experience data, not full work history.
The "Include Past Experiences" toggle lets you search and filter based on past roles when building your search criteria, but the actual results still only show current position details.
To get complete work history with start/end dates for all positions, you need to use "Enrich Person from Profile" after running Find People, which pulls real-time data with the full career timeline.
Does this clarify things?
Yes, thank you
Glad I could help. Let me know if you have more questions or need further assistance.
if you want to find out the whole experience of that person and you also have the LinkedIn URL then use b2b enrichment tool it will enrich the person profile and you can easily find out the latest and past experience there
Exactly! When you have a LinkedIn URL, you can use person enrichment tools to get complete work history including past experiences.
The best options are:
- Enrich Person from Profile - pulls real-time data with full career timeline
- Datagma - includes detailed past experiences and education when you select "All Person Data"
- Bytemine - retrieves deeper profile data including work experience
- Reverse Contact - can return full details including past experiences when enabled
These enrichments give you the complete work history you need to filter for people who left companies in specific timeframes.
