Hi, We identified a bug in our workbook where the process handling 32K contacts started running on its own and consumed approximately 80K credits. Please check why it happened and credit the money to my account !
I understand your concern about the unexpected credit usage. Would you like me to connect you with a human agent to assist further? Or if you provide more details about the actions taken, we can continue working together.
Yes
I’m routing you to our human team now. They’ll be able to assist you further.
Our support team has got your message and we'll get back to you soon! We're currently outside of our standard office hours (9 AM to 9 PM EST, Monday through Friday), so it may take a little longer for us to respond.
If you’re dealing with a specific table, drop the URL below so we can help you quicker. Otherwise, someone from our team will be in touch soon!

Hey Guy! Sorry about this. Happy to help. It looks like the company search was manually triggered. This led to more records (~28k) being imported and automatically triggered the email waterfall enrichment in the table due to auto-update being enabled. Do you recall editing or re-running the people search?
Can you say which user trigger the company search manually ?
I checked the logs and can confirm this company search was triggered manually from your user session (user ID 699360) in workspace 499309 on 2025-11-27 at 07:41:15 UTC.
Ok and what is the email of user 699360 id?
Hey,
That user ID is tied to your account, so you’re the one who triggered that run.
Let me know if you have more questions.
It doesn't mack sense
Hey there! Happy to provide more clarity - we can see on our end that the company search was triggered by the account associated with your user. This means that the run may have accidentally triggered, but ultimately came from your user
I didn't trigger it, check my login logs
Hey there- we've double checked the login logs, and are doing more work to investigate this. On our end, it is confirmed that the run was triggered by a user on your account. Does anyone else have access to your account where they are able to login? Please let me know, and we can look into this more. Appreciate your patience here.
Yes we have many users and i'm trying to understand who is the email of the user that triggered the process
?
