Issue with Message Box Switch Turning Off in HTMLy

Every time I press this little switch, it turns blue like it's on, but as soon as I start to write anything in the "message box" it immediately switched off. How do I get my messages to stay in html?

The HTML settings button in our native email sequencing is currently disabled - HTML support is planned for future releases. All current emails are sent in plain text to maximize deliverability. To add HTML formatting now, use ChatGPT enrichment to add HTML tags like <p> and <br> to your text, then reference that formatted column in your message sequence. Alternatively, use our formula feature with AI to automatically add HTML formatting. Note that different sequencers handle HTML differently - Lemlist and Smartlead support HTML, while others may not.

HTML support depends on which tool you're using: Our native email sequencing: HTML is currently disabled - all emails are sent in plain text to maximize deliverability. HTML support is planned for future releases. External sequencers: HTML is supported by Lemlist, Smartlead, and Instantly. You can add HTML formatting using ChatGPT enrichment or our formula feature, then export to these platforms.

ok. I;m using an external sequencer, so I can just write them in clay in html and them export them, but I can't send form clay

Correct! Clay doesn't replace your email sequencer - we integrate with them so you can push finalized outreach from Clay to your sequencer. You can write HTML-formatted messages in Clay using ChatGPT enrichment or our formula feature to add HTML tags, then export to external sequencers like Lemlist, Smartlead, and Instantly that support HTML. Use Actions > Export > Export Messages to Sequencer to push your HTML-formatted messages to your external sequencer.
