Hi Clay team, one of my clients have accidently run an enrichment column consuming most of his credits. He is a great client for me and Clay, would it be possible to restore the consumed credits?

Hi Gui, could you share a bit more about what happened there? We'd be happy to look into the situation, and help make sure the same error won't be made twice (since credit refund are really one-time exceptions) 😌

He just logged in the account and tried doing enrichment himself. He is somewhat knowledge about Clay but this time he just ran the entire column, you can see all the credits consumed at once. No problem if it can only be made one-time, it would be much appreciated!

Thanks Guy for clarifying the context. Again, as one-time exception, I went ahead and gave this workspace 3.5k credits back. Hope this helps 👌🏼
