Hey Support team, my claygent -GPT 4.1 mini// Clay managed account- (which has been working perfectly since today) is stuck on processing step; it usually returned and output in less than a minute but has been processing for 20 mins now; help ?
That’s frustrating—let’s get this sorted. A Claygent task stuck for 20+ minutes is usually due to one of these reasons:
Rate limits or API quotas: Claygent uses OpenAI’s API, and if you’re on a lower tier or hitting usage limits, processing can slow down or stall. Check your OpenAI API usage and limits in your OpenAI dashboard. If you’re on a free or low-tier plan, consider upgrading to a higher tier for better performance .
Large or complex queries: If your search query is broad or the data request is large, Claygent may take longer to process. Try breaking your request into smaller batches or refining your query for more specificity .
Run conditions not met: If some steps show “Run condition not met,” it means the system skipped those actions because prerequisites weren’t satisfied. Review your run conditions and adjust them if needed .
Network or system delays: Sometimes, network congestion or temporary system issues can cause delays. A hard refresh or waiting a bit longer may help .
What to do next:
Check your OpenAI API usage and limits.
Refine your query or split it into smaller requests.
Review your run conditions for any misconfigurations.
If the issue persists after these steps, you can ask to speak to a human for further help.

Hey there. This issue has been mitigated and the affected AI actions should now process as expected. However, we're still investigating the root cause and monitoring performance.
We’ll share another update as soon as we have more information. Thanks for your patience while we work on this🙏🏽.
