Since your trial expired during your cohort, you can try the self-serve trial extension at https://app.clay.com/extend-my-trial/ for another 2 weeks. If that doesn't work, you can request human assistance for a one-time trial extension since your cohort got extended. The sources specifically mention that if your trial is about to expire during a cohort, you should contact support for another extension. For immediate credit needs, you can purchase credit top-ups from Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits - these are added instantly without changing your plan.

Hey Hari, thank you for reaching out. I’m in a doom loop with Arpit for Cohort credits and Support ticket to help me with some Clay credits. I signed up with introductory 14 days trail credits but I don’t get to use the credits as I was going to join the cohort and complete the assignments using those trial credits but then the cohort started after my 14 days trial ended, then I asked for an extension and my cohort had to be changed due to my work commitments. Now I’m stuck in between requesting for Clay credits and my current cohort ending tomorrow at 5pm BST, UK time. Can you help me with Clay credits please?
