Claygent Performance Issues: Seeking Help for Slow Speeds

Hey guys claygent is running too slow - like 10x slower.. I have a tier 5 account of OpenAi so that is not the issue. Need some help. Thanks.

For Claygent processing delays, try these steps: • Make queries more specific - Ensure your search queries are well-defined and break large data requests into smaller batches • Check your prompts - Use our metaprompters to craft better prompts • Monitor network stability - Check your network connection • Verify API setup - Even with Tier 5, double-check your API key is correctly configured in Clay at OpenAI API Keys Since you have Tier 5 (which exceeds the 450,000 TPM requirement for Claygent), the slowdown is likely related to query complexity or network issues rather than API limits .

Hello Syed! Thanks for reaching out! Is there a particular table you are facing this issue with? We had an incident a couple of days ago which led to this latency but it has hence been fixed. Would also like to know if you are using your own API key or Clay credits. If there is a specific table please do send over the table link! :)
