Hi, is everyone facing a queueing issue while pushing leads from tables to smartlead? Or something similar? We are seeing really slow processing suddenly, which was not the case until last friday
That's frustrating—let me help troubleshoot this.
Slow processing when pushing to Smartlead can happen for a few reasons:
Common causes:
• Lead limits reached - If you've hit your Smartlead account's lead limit, new leads can't be added [1]
• Duplicate leads blocked - If "Allow Duplicates" is off, duplicates won't process [2]
• Rate limits - Large batches can hit processing limits
Quick fixes to try:
• Break large pushes into smaller batches
• Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows)
• If columns are stuck "queued," click the column header and select "Force Rerun Column"
Check your Smartlead account limits first—that's often the culprit when processing suddenly slows down.

Hi, I don't see any of those issues on Smartlead. For the cases that you have mentioned above, I understand that Clay clearly shows those issues after processing the response from the API. Instead, it just says queued.
Got it—if it's stuck on "queued" without showing specific errors, that's a different issue.
Try this fix: Click the Smartlead column header and select "Force Rerun Column"—this resets stuck columns.
If that doesn't work, try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
The "queued" status often happens when columns get stuck after being changed or stopped midway.

I see the issue—you have both "Queued..." and "Run condition not met" statuses in your Smartlead columns.
For the queued cells: Click each column header ("08/12 00SM" and "08/12 00PK") and select "Force Rerun Column" to reset them.
For "Run condition not met": Click on those specific cells and hit the "explain" button—AI will show why the condition wasn't met. You may need to adjust your run conditions or ensure required data is present.
Try the force rerun first, then check the explanations for the condition issues.
Was that helpful?
the rerun doesnt work. same goes for hard refresh of the page
Since force rerun and hard refresh aren't working, try this approach:
Delete and recreate the stuck columns:
Delete the problematic Smartlead columns ("08/12 00SM" and "08/12 00PK")
Create fresh columns with the same Smartlead integration
Re-map your data to the new columns
This often resolves persistent queuing issues when columns get stuck after being changed or stopped midway.
If that doesn't work, try our built-in AI tool Sculptor (top-right corner) to help rebuild the workflow—it's free and can quickly set up automations. Let me know if Sculptor helps or if you need further assistance. [1]

Hi Arjav, sorry to hear that this is happening! I created a "Clay Support View" with filters for any rows that are still stuck on queued, but looks like they've all been processed now. Are you still running into any issues?
