Clay Support Hi team, I completed the Clay Cohort and had around 4K credits but when I logged in today it said I only have 100 (probably due to the trial expiring). Can you restore my credits for me? Thanks so much! Clay Link: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/566428/home

When your trial expires, credits from the trial period are typically not retained. The free trial provides 1,000 credits to test Clay's functionalities. However, we do offer a one-time self-serve trial extension. You can try this link while logged into Clay: https://app.clay.com/extend-my-trial/ - it'll give you another 2 weeks (you may need to refresh after extending). If the self-serve option doesn't work, you can request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" to verify if you're eligible for a one-time trial extension.
