I need help setting up SSO please.
I understand you need help with SSO. I’m routing you to a human agent who can assist you further.
Clay Support is sharing a file with you.
Our support team has got your message and we'll get back to you soon!
If you’re dealing with a specific table, drop the URL below so we can help you quicker. Otherwise, someone from our team will be in touch soon!
Hey John- would you like us to switch your login from password to Google auth?
would that be the easiest or can you activate SSO on our account?
Right now, we support email/password, and also "Sign in with Google" as the two login option.
If you’d like to use another SSO provider (Okta, Azure/Entra, JumpCloud, etc.), we can enable that for workspaces on our Enterprise plan. It’s also available as a paid add-on for Pro accounts. You can find a full breakdown of plan levels and features here: https://www.clay.com/pricing
Let me know how you'd like to proceed. Happy to help with any questions you have.
Why do we need to pay extra to secure our account? We’ve been customers for 2 or 3 years.
Hey, this typically starts around $50,000 per year on the Enterprise plan. If you’d like, I can connect you with the team to go over details and options.
So $50K at least just to set up SSO? Who made that decision?
Can you tag them here?
We'll likely churn and switch to Bitscale at this point. The Clay support and service has drastically dropped over the past year. We used to receive support and features that kept us excited about using the tool. Now it is just another VC tool where everything is milked bone dry. SSO should not be a premium feature.
Hi John - thanks for your patience here. I’m really sorry to hear this - I completely understand how disappointing it must feel given how much you’ve invested in Clay over time. As Bo mentioned, SSO is currently available only on our Enterprise plan, but I’d love to learn more about what’s felt different recently so we can try to make things right. We truly appreciate your support and would hate to see you go.
Alright, we will cancel and move over to Bitscale.
Sorry to hear that John - any feedback on what we could do better here as a team would be appreciated so we can ensure that improvements can be made.
