I have a Clay account connected to my work email. I'm trying to reset my password but I'm locked out + I never receive the email to reset my password (it's not in my spam folder, the email is correct, etc).
If you're not receiving the password reset email, you likely signed up using Google Authentication rather than a password. Try logging in with Google instead.
Since you can't change your login method on your own, you'll need to request human assistance if you want to switch from Google Auth to username/password.

Hi , thanks for reaching out! Done, just login and select "Forgot Password" to reset the password for your account. This will allow you to go and use a password login method from now on.
