It is self paced with just 1 optional kick off call. You'll be invited into a dedicated Slack channel for your cohort and get access to the homework materials usually a few days before the official start of the cohort. Then you have until the following Wednesday to finish your assignments in order to get credit

How is the Cohort structured? Is is self-paced, or do I have to block out my calendar? I am part of "25", but there is nothing schedule-wise in the confirmation that really tells me what to expect...
