We require a listed salary for transparency, so members can decide for themselves whether a role fits their needs; we're not setting a salary floor & are intentionally not removing posts because “the salary is too low”. Some members are just starting out and open to low-paying or unpaid work to build their portfolio, and we want to keep that door open for them.
