Segmentation (this might seem easy but when you get into the details of your TAM, there are so many segments both for your accounts and also the contacts in these accounts that it's almost impossible to segment in the way you want) (e.g. Is it a SaaS company or not (with high-accuracy), what type of saas, does it qualify for our ICP etc)
what's the problems faced in segmentation though? you can just add in more intents in your clay for the speciifc accounts reqd after filtration.
