We’ve booked 113 qualified meetings in 59 days for a single client. We’re growing, and we need someone who can sell this. --- The role You’ll be running sales calls, not just setting them. This is a closing role disguised as an SDR title. You’ll consult prospects on their GTM motion, demo our system live, and convert inbound and outbound leads into signed contracts. You’ll work directly with senior leadership — no hand-holding, no script-reading. --- What we’re looking for - Proven track record in GTM or outbound sales — you’ve sold to B2B buyers and have the numbers to prove it - Comfortable running live demos, including Clay workflows in real time - Can hold a consultative conversation about ICP, sequencing, and outbound strategy - Closes deals + Sending contracts and updating CRM— you’re not waiting for someone else to send the contract - EU timezone availability — non-negotiable - Clear, confident spoken English (EU or US accent preferred) - CRM experience — you log, you track, you follow up - References from previous roles + a recording of a real sales call --- What you’ll be doing - Running 25–30 min structured discovery and demo calls with B2B decision-makers - Consulting prospects on their outbound and GTM gaps — not just pitching a service - Demoing Clay enrichment, email infrastructure, and campaign logic live on calls - Managing your own pipeline in CRM with full accountability on conversion - Collaborating with delivery to ensure what you promise can be delivered --- What this is not - A role where someone else closes for you - A script-reading appointment-setter position - A fit if you can’t explain what Clay does or why deliverability matters --- What you’ll get - Base + commission tied directly to closed revenue - A real product with documented results to sell - Direct access to the founders — no layers of middle management - A lean, high-performance team that takes outbound seriously --- To apply, send us: 1.
