Hiring Fractional HubSpot + GTM Systems Operator for SuperCat

If you’re the kind of GTM engineer who loves being the systems spine—clean data model, tight lifecycle ops, exec-grade dashboards, and light plumbing across HubSpot ↔️ Clay ↔️ BigQuery with frontier work utilizing Cursor AI / MCPs—this is for you.

5–10 hrs/week, $75/hr, fully remote. You’ll work directly with me (CEO) + GTM leadership, close to the broader Skaling “build the platform” playbook. Not a one-off project—ongoing ownership + select high-leverage buildouts (Service Hub/KB consolidation, effort + engagement modeling).
