I am very oversubscribed right now and am looking to bring on another overseas GTME to Apero Advisors, someone who is full stack, which in my mind means:
Knows the tools to source accounts and contacts (the data and how to scrape it)
Knows Clay and n8n and has great first principles thinking re the engineering of tables / workflows
Has a point of view on account segmentation and scoring, and triggers / timing to update these things, knows while loops etc
Knows email deliverability like the back of their hand, can read email html and interpret it
Great at copywriting and "list is the message thinking"
Is learning Claude Code and has a point of view on implementing context systems
Has worked many times in Hubspot + Salesforce, integrating tools and updating CRMs and deduping etc before
Has one other point of special magic to them beyond the above (can code for real, leads a GTM club, makes content, is going for Clay Cup this year etc)
Can own 80%+ of interaction with a client.
My team so far are all super technical GTMEs who live abroad and who got tired trying to run their own agency and the challenges of breaking into distribution in US markets and just want to work on interesting projects and get paid well. I prefer to work with people who like an environment of benign neglect from their boss (me, haha) with occasional high-leverage direction and guidance.
