+1 &&& to add on, part of being a GTM engineer is the engineering part, and the engineering part is actually solving for the unknown.
It's quite literally the premise and science of being an engineer...
So those of you that have the idea of trying "someone proven. not someone figuring it out alongside us", have a wrong idea of what a GTM engineer is.
It also begs the question to founders, have you even figured out who/what your market is? Because if you haven't, then it's probably a good idea to get a GTME to solve it alongside you. (nice one Jorge M.)
