GrowthFlare is always looking to add new talent: GTM Strategist, GTM Engineer, SDR/Inbox Manager Roles (Remote) Each role has distinct responsibilities but is equally crucial to client success. They'll each work as a dedicated team, owning a set of clients and collaborating closely to drive results.
GTM Strategist (3k/mo + Bonuses)
Own the Go-to-Market strategy for a portfolio of clients.
Design and oversee execution of outbound GTM plans.
Run onboarding calls, manage client relationships, communications, and reporting.
Coordinate with the GTM Engineer and SDR to deliver outcomes.
Monitor infrastructure, deliverability, and core KPIs (reply rate, positive reply rate, meeting booked rate, etc.).
Work closely with leadership to refine GTM systems and client success processes.
Must have strong written communication, operations skills, and be responsive during EST business hours.

GTM Engineer (2k/mo + Bonuses)
Execute strategies with the GTM Strategist
Refresh campaigns and maximize TAM
Optimize and manage outbound infrastructure
Efficient with Apollo, Apify, Clay, and data scraping strategies
Deliver fast turnaround on tasks
Some overlap with EST hours
