Hiring Outbound Growth Expert for Fast-Growing Startup Dock

Hey all - I'm looking to hire an outbound growth expert who can help Dock (https://www.dock.us/) run more campaigns. We have a bunch of plays that are working, but it’s become too hard to manage myself. Great chance to get your foot in the door in a fast growing startup. I want someone who is early in their career and has something to prove. What I’m looking for: - Idea machine for different outbound plays - Someone who is very familiar with Clay and Smartlead / Instantly.ai - Knows how to run signal based plays (Koala or similar) - Strong writing skills. Knows how to write a great email. - Self-starter who gets sh*t done - Based in the US (ideally San Francisco) This is a contract-to-hire position.     I know for a fact that I can do this job because I'm currently doing it with another company. My only question is: Do I HAVE to be based in the US? If you just someone who can get the job done, I can do it but the pay has to ridiculously high for me to actually live in the US
