GTM Engineer & Client Success Manager Job Opening at Beanstalk

Run outbound campaigns that generate pipeline and client retention. You'll fully own strategy, list building, copywriting, launch, and performance across multiple B2B accounts.

Write cold email sequences and deploy via Plusvibe, EmailBison, Smartlead and other sequencers

Build segmented lead lists with Clay, Apollo

Monitor inbox health, reply rates, and campaign metrics

Lead client check-ins, answer questions fast, and optimize campaigns

Track KPIs and suggest improvements to targeting or messaging

1–2+ years in B2B sales, client success, or outbound campaign roles

Strong cold email copywriting skills

Experience in list-building, AI & LLM usage

Proactive communicator via Slack, Loom, and Google Meet

Organized and confident managing 10–15 accounts independently

Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote.

Available for internal/client comms 10am–4pm EST, but flexible outside that window.
