Full-Time Remote GTM Engineer Position at Scalantec
GTM Engineer (Full-Time, Remote) About Scalantec Scalantec is a Germany-based outreach agency helping B2B companies build scalable, data-driven go-to-market systems. We combine modern tools like Clay, Make, and AI-driven technologies with proven sales processes to deliver high-quality, automated outreach at scale. Your Role
Design and manage complex Clay setups and dynamic sales databases
Connect tools and APIs (Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.) for seamless workflows
Build scraping processes with tools like Apify or browser automation
Support GTM campaigns from data sourcing to outreach execution
Apply AI prompting for copywriting, research, and testing
Requirements
Solid Clay experience (6+ months); Lemlist/Instantly a plus
Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and technical documentation
2–3 years in Tech, Marketing, Sales, or Operations
English C1 (must-have) & German is a plus
Independent, data-driven, and solution-focused mindset
