Hiring a GTM Director at Netswick - Remote, Full-Time Opportunity
HIRING A GTM DIRECTOR @ Netswick (REMOTE, FULL-TIME) ⚡ This is an opportunity to get equity in a fast-growing company, own your own department, and climb to a COO position quickly. You’ll run cold email campaigns end-to-end and have full control over client results. Prove yourself, and there’s zero micromanagement, you’ll have the freedom to run your day the way you want while delivering wins. You’ll work directly with me (the founder) every day, improving your GTM strategy, copywriting, campaign management, and client communication until you’re one of the best in the game. You’ll join a lean, fully remote team with flexible hours. No corporate vibes, just high-energy people who love the work, push each other, and have fun doing it. This role starts at $2K-$2.5K/month, with the opportunity to reach $4,500+/month as early as your second month, plus retention bonuses. What you’ll do:
Strategy: Build GTM strategy using onboarding forms + AI research
Copywriting: Write cold email copy that drives replies and meetings
Lists: Plan lead list strategy (working with our list builder)
Campaigns: Launch and optimise campaigns inside Smartlead
Client Comms: Communicate with clients via Slack and weekly calls
Team Building: Build a team of GTM engineers under you as we scale
Qualifications:
English: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strategy: Experience creating GTM strategies for B2B companies (ICPs, offers, positioning)
Copywriting: Cold email copywriting skills with proof of campaigns generating at least 10% positive reply rates
Deliverability: Knowledge of cold email deliverability best practices
Tools: Experience with Clay, Apollo, and others to build lead lists and find unique personalization data
Smartlead: Confident using Smartlead, from setup to launch to ongoing campaign management
Results: Must show proof of multiple successful campaigns. including strong reply rates and positive reply rates.
