Just a quick feedback from my observations, you've posted this job multiple times, looks like you're not getting anyone who's a fit. If you are a GTM Director who is hungry (Full Time) you'll not apply lead a team $2k - $2.5k even at $4k. You might want to review your compensation, it's good to pay people what they're worth, IMO.

Are you looking for 7yrs of experience or someone who can do the job?
