Seeking Lead Gen Agencies for Cold Outreach Solutions

Is there anyone who can find lead gen agencies, who offer cold outreach either with email or linkedin outreach? The requirement is that they must offer this, and not be something in between. I need to find all agencies available through multiple sources (apollo, clay, google search, webscraping online, and any other source available) and i need to have a huge cvs delivered to me of all agencies (their founders, co.-founders - linkedin url). Anyone up for the task?
