Looking for a technical contractor to help us get grow our agency! We’re an AI automation agency working with clients to design, build, and deploy smart systems quickly in mainly the B2B sales space. We’re now looking for a technical partner to join us behind the scenes and help us scale. This is not a client-facing role - you’ll work directly my business partner and I, building automations and infrastructure that power our client-facing AI tools. What You’ll Do

Build automated systems and workflows using Clay (must-have), n8n and other tools, e.g.,

Rapidly prototype using Clay (or replicate Clay-style workflows in n8n)
Manage and structure databases (e.g., in Airtable)
Occasionally use Make.com and Relevance AI where useful

Help us templatize workflows into scalable product offerings
Help train our internal team so we can build our own internal capability to work in tandem with you (we will likely outpace our internal hiring hence will need a reliable external partner)
Collaborate with my internal team on scoping, then own the technical build

Note: while the bullets above will be key in the initial phases, we are looking for a true technical partner, not just a one-off gun-for-hire. We are growing fast and ideally have a partner who has / can scale up a team to support with builds and potentially even convert to our internal CTO or equivalent (exciting!). Must-Haves

Strong experience with Clay, n8n and automation best practices
Confident building fast in Clay or mimicking Clay functionality
Solid understanding of databasing tools like Airtable
Clean, modular, scalable builds
Professionalism, reliability, great written comms
Availability to collaborate in US and Australia time zones

Bonus Points

Experience with Relevance AI (agents, clustering, workflows)
Ability to lead or scale a small build team over time
Strong documentation habits
