Hiring: GTM Engineer (full-time, remote, ~$2K/mo, US Hours)
Here's the play.
We work with some of the fastest-growing B2B companies in the world, YC startups, Series B/C firms, rebuilding how they go to market. We're building a small, AI-native GTM engineering team and need someone who can take a strategy and turn it into data we run real campaigns off.
This is a pure execution role. A strategist hands you the ICP, the segmentation logic, and the campaign structure. You build the systems that make it run.
What you will do:
- Build advanced Clay workflows: enrichment waterfalls, Claygent, formulas, HTTP actions, conditional logic
- Extract data from the web at scale using tools like Jina, Apify, BuiltWith, Serper, Claude Code
- Manage sending infrastructure across Instantly and HeyReach
- Push clean, campaign-ready data into sequences across multiple clients
You are a fit if:
- You are a Clay power user. Waterfalls, AI columns, API integrations, not just the basics
- You are comfortable with Claude Code, Python scripts, or APIs when no-code is not enough
- You care more about data quality than data volume
- You can take a brief and ship without hand-holding
- You stay ahead of the tooling curve
Not for you if:
- You have never used Clay
- You need detailed instructions for every task
- You prefer strategy and client calls over building
If this sounds like a fit, please DM me with a short Loom walking through a workflow you have built using Clay/ClaudeCode from start to end
Thank you! 🙏🏾
