We're hiring! ⚙️ GTM Engineer (Remote | EST Hours) We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to join our fulfillment team and own outbound campaign execution for B2B clients. If you’re detail-oriented, automation-savvy, and love working with data, this role is built for you. 📍 Remote | Full-Time | EST Hours Required 📅 Experience: 5+ months in data ops, lead gen, or campaign execution 💼 Compensation: $1,500–$4,500/month (based on skill & experience) 🔧 What You’ll Do

Build & manage outbound campaigns in Clay + Instantly
Enrich & QA lead data (AI prompts, scraping, verification)
Upload/tag lists from ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.
Maintain folders, naming conventions & documentation
Align targeting with Strategy Lead + Copywriters
Troubleshoot errors across workflows & integrations

5+ months in data-driven/marketing ops
Skilled in list formatting, enrichment & CRM workflows
Comfortable writing/testing AI prompts (GPT-4.0/4.1 mini in Clay)
Detail-oriented, organized, fast learner
Available during EST hours
