Understanding the Skills of an Expert GTME vs. Juniors in Clay Table

I'm curious, what does an expert GTME look like? Like what can they do in a clay table that juniors can't?

IMO its not simply the work in Clay. Its the way and speed of thinking, simplified implementation, communication skills and feasibility on execution. For me it’s more than simply running a table and seeing the output. It becomes more: Client; I got this problem. GTME: Here are 3 solutions to solve your problem.
