I’m trying to use the native Find People enrichment to find people at companies that are looking for data analysts. I already have the list of job listings and companies, but I only want to find the people relevant to the field where they’re hiring that data analyst. For example, if a company is looking for a Financial Data Analyst, I want to reach out to the respective person in that department (finance). What’s the best way to do this without creating 100 different tables 😅 and without using Apollo — just staying native?
did you tick the find recruiter option? What i would do if i was in your shoes: download the list that has the job titles and upload to chatgpt and ask to look at the job titles to give me the list of the possible department that job may fall under and the job titles of those in that department then in your find people search find the people with the job titles gpt gave you and still pick out relevant decision-maker titles like "Director, VP, Head of, Manager, Lead"
Honourable A. currently using gpt but how do I make sure I get the relevant title per row?
Running gpt on clay?
If you can show me a recording of what you are doing and have done so far - I could get a clear picture Linus P.
Good question you can actually handle that inside one table without duplicating everything. After you’ve pulled job listings and companies, use Find People with a dynamic job title filter. Just map the “Job Title” from your job listings (e.g., Financial Data Analyst) into the “Find People by Job Title” field and let Clay auto-match relevant roles (like CFO, Finance Director, etc.). Then, use a Run If condition so each enrichment only runs when the title includes “Data Analyst.” That way, Clay finds department-aligned contacts based on the context of the job post no need for 100 tables or Apollo.
