Using Clay to Find Tender Opportunities and RFQs/RFIs

Hi everyone, has anyone used Clay to find tender opportunities for companies/government? I know a lot of portals have login requirements so you wouldn't be able to pull all the details, but just get an idea of any RFQ/RFI ops coming up?
