Issues with 'Find People at Company' - Filtering Job Titles

Looking for some help with 'Find People at Company' - I've got a list of companies, searching for Founders, Managing Directors, Founding Partners, CEO etc. I am using the job title and 'Exact Keyword Match'. But in my results I'm getting roles like 'Executive Assistant to CEO' but I've noticed for exactly the same company, Clay hasn't pulled through the actual CEO has her title as 'CEO and Founding Partner'. Why is it including the executive assistant but not the CEO seeing as both of their job titles include CEO?!
