Best Practices for Naming Conventions and Folder Organization
#Naming Convention/Folders/Workbooks# Quick question: I’m going to be doing some lookalike + enrichment + connecting to Lemlist (or similar) for doing some outbound. I’ll be doing it for a list of dozens of categories and dozens of niche/sub-categories as per the image below. What’s your take on naming convention and organising my Clay? Should I go for Option 1: Folder: Outbound Workbooks:
Category 1 - Niche 1
Category 1 - Niche 2
Category 2 - Niche 1
etc.
Option 2 Folder: Category 1 Workbooks:
Niche 1
Niche 2
etc.
Folder: Category 2 Workbooks:
Niche 1
Niche 2
etc.
Option 3: Folder: Category 1 - Niche 1 Folder: Category 2 - Niche 2 Option 4: ????
