Hey y’all — a friend of mine works at a real estate group with 50 agents, and lately he (and most of the team) has been low-key exhausted by how much time they waste manually qualifying leads. Calls, texts, meetings… a lot of effort for leads that don’t go anywhere 😅 That got me thinking: why is this still so manual? After some tinkering (and a ChatGPT rabbit hole), I put together a workflow that made a big difference — and Clay fits into this really cleanly: • Inbound leads get enriched + tagged in Clay (intent, profile, deal fit, etc.) • Clay outputs feed into an AI agent (built in n8n) that texts leads via Twilio • The AI asks qualifying questions, adapts based on Clay data, and updates the CRM (Follow Up Boss) in real time • If the lead checks all the boxes, additional workstreams handle Calendly booking automatically End result: agents only step in once a lead is enriched, qualified and booked. Massive time saver — and feels very applicable beyond real estate. Curious if others here are using Clay as the intelligence layer before AI agents engage. Happy to walk through it if useful 🙏
