Creating Effective AI Prompts for Improved Outcomes
Hello guys, When it comes down to make the prompts for the clayagents or in general the AI use, do you write the prompts by yourself or do you use AI (in my case gemini) to make a good prompt? Also, is there a golden rule, how long a prompt should be for the best outcome or should it be as detailed as possible. For example i made a promp with gemini to let the agent crawl business websites for beauty salons to get me some informations I can use in the Outbound afterwards: Visit the website {{website}}. Step 1: Navigation. Analyze the homepage menu structure. Look for links that might contain information about the business, the team, its history, or awards. Typical terms are: 'About Us', 'Team', 'History', 'Salon', 'Philosophy', 'Profile', or similar. Click on the most promising link to learn more about the owner or the business. Step 2: Fact Search (Priority). Search the page for ONE impressive fact. Priority: 1. AWARDS: Has the salon won any awards? (e.g., 'Swiss Hairdressing Award', 'Swiss Champion', 'Best of...'). 2. TRADITION: Year founded or length of operation (e.g., 'since 1990', '30 years of experience'). 3. SPECIAL FEATURE: Family business, specialized training (master craftsman title), or unique concept. Return this single fact as a sentence fragment (e.g., 'the title of Swiss Champion 2022' or 'that you have been in business for 25 years'). If you can't find anything, return: 'Your positive Google reviews'. Respond in German.
