I am doing outbound for a client in the healthcare SaaS sector, specifically in healthcare interoperability, helping different systems in different languages connect. I have tried outbound but we are not getting strong results, likely because it is a demo product and the lead list may not be highly targeted. Could you share some approaches that have helped you generate responses in this space?

Healthcare is notoriously difficult with outbound reply rates, much lower than other industries for a variety of reasons.

What buyer and industry sub-segment are you selling into?

So, I mentioned the use case above. The segments we are targeting are mid-sized hospitals, RCMs, and Healthcare Startups, mainly. Would really love some advice on it. Literally getting 0 responses.
