Hey Hugo C. - not sure what your baseline competency levels are now. When i got started, mine were 0. Could barely build a table in Clay. I found Clay bootcamp to be tremendously helpful. You may not be looking for that type of time committment. Happy to share more about my experiences

Clarifying Sequencer's Role in Outbound Email Comms

A client of mine is considering using sequencer for outbound emails. In additoin to receiving email replies emails from prospective customers, they also receive inbound emails from current customers with sensitive patient data. They don't want this information to flow into Clay. To the best of my knowledge, Sequencer will only be responsible for outbound comms, and therefore no un-wanted inbound/replies would be flowing into Sequencer. Is this correct?

If you send me a direct message with the copy I'm happy to provide feedback or edits. Each of these buyer types likely receive 100-200 emails per day and probably have no more than 30 minutes to check email per day, so don't be too hard on yourself.

Healthcare is notoriously difficult with outbound reply rates, much lower than other industries for a variety of reasons.
2.
What buyer and industry sub-segment are you selling into?
