Seeking GTM Strategy for US Hospitality Categorization

Hi, Is there anyone here who has created a GTM strategy for hospitality in the US? I need help figuring out how to categorize hospitality companies based on whether they are owner-operated or managed by HMC, and so on. I have tried multiple filters and also used Claygent to scrape and categorize. But I want to know if anyone has other strategies for categorization. Thanks in advance for the help.
