Streamline Sending Table Data: Quick Solutions for Field Mapping

hey all, do you know if there's an easy and quick way to send table data to other tables, without having to manually map all the fields? It's time consuming when there are 50-60 columns and you have to select them all manually

send table data is better than write to table in this regard but once the data is in the target table you still have to select the columns to add manually
