Senior GTM Engineer/Outbound Architect Needed for Immediate Engagement
GTM Engineer / Outbound Architect (Audit + Fix Phase) 📣 We’re looking for a Senior GTM Engineer / Outbound Architect for an immediate engagement (audit + rebuild phase). We need someone who can audit our current outbound and revenue operations setup, identify root issues, and help us straighten and rebuild the entire system. This is initially a short-term project, but may extend depending on performance and fit. 🔧 What we need experience with
Advanced experience working with Salesforce (data structure, dashboards, automation, intent signals)
Strong command of outbound tools like Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, n8n/Make
Ability to create high-quality outbound copy, personalization logic, and dynamic variables
Experience building full GTM architectures, multichannel sequencing, and data workflows
Strong technical ability (automation, enrichment, scraping, validation, integrations)
Experience conducting outbound audits and fixing broken or inconsistent GTM systems
🧠 What we need you to do
Conduct a full audit of our outbound engine (Clay, sequences, workflows, data integrity, CRM sync)
Map and activate intent signals inside Salesforce
Build a tiering system (Tier 1, 2, 3) based on buying likelihood
Design or rebuild our GTM architecture (automation, enrichment, multichannel journeys)
Create copy frameworks, personalization tokens, and playbooks
Build LinkedIn, web visitor, and intent-based playbooks
Connect email → LinkedIn → calls → retargeting into one automated journey
Define ICPs, buyer personas, segments, and targeting logic
Provide weekly insights, dashboards, and optimization recommendations
