I see the need for the note but the phrasing feels misleading:
"There's a limit. This limit cannot be bypassed. Here's what you have to do if you hit the limit. If you spend a lot of money with us you'll have access to another feature that sounds like it's related (but it isn't)."
Might I suggest:
"There's a limit. It can't be bypassed, even if you spend a lot of money with us to have this extra feature. Here's what you have to do if you hit the limit"
