Need Help Personalizing Emails with Clay Templates?

Hi. New to Clay. I'm trying to replicate one of the tables Yash has in the tutorials as it's pretty perfect for what I want to do, personalising emails when approaching founders. I'm using the Thought Leadership template which is kind of ok, and then trying to extract a quote and summary out of this which doesn't work very well. I would then like to personalise the subject and opening line. I feel like this is all stuff that probably exists already but I can't find it and doing it myself doesn't seem to be very accurate. Am I missing something? Does this exist already in the templates?
