Automating Email Notifications: CEO First, Then VP If No Response

Hello, Is there a way to ensure the email is sent to the CEO first, without sending two emails simultaneously, like to both the CEO and VP? How can you automate a process where, if there’s no response from the first contact (CEO) , the email is then sent to the second contact (VP)?

Yes, ideally - i extract the most suitable contacts i want to reach out in a company and then send them to the queue
